OUR PROCESS

Booking in Animal

Call Dickson the slaughter-man to book your beef and sheep for slaughter.

Tagging & Hanging

Each individual animal is tagged by Dickson. If there are multiple, they are numbered. They are delivered to the butchery and hung for 8-10 or according to your specifications.

Cutting List

Book your processing order online within the first 8 days. We have a separate cut sheet per animal. You can make your order here with Brenton the Butcher.

Preparation, Packaging & Freezing

All the meat will be cut to your specifications, then vacuum packed and frozen. All cuts are vacuum packed, except sausages, salami and mince.

Yield Sheet & Invoicing

We supply a yield/weight of each cut of meat and send the invoice. Payment options are online invoicing or cash.

Pickup

We will contact you when the meat is ready for pickup (usually 9-11 days after drop-off).
